DIRECTIONS FOR RUNNING scatterplot.pde

1. Double click scatterplot.pde
	- This should open the file in Processing to run
	- If Processing sends a message about scatterplot.pde needing to be in a file
	  named "scatterplot" accept, and try to open again

2. When the program is started it will prompt the user to choose a .csv file
   For analysis
