Welcome to the webgme-engine wiki!
Initially there was only one repository for webgme but in version 2.17.0 the non-GUI code was broken out into the engine repo (that is repo). The webgme-engine can be used without webgme, but not the other way around. Because of these reasons a lot of the documentation that applies to webgme-engine still lives in the webgme's wiki page. The documentation here mainly applies to applications that intend to use a different GUI than the generic one.
