  1. Remove .egg-info folder from third-party pywebsocket3 vendor. DONTBUILD 

    This patch removes the `pywebsocket3.egg-info` from the third party pywebsocket3 vendored folder. This will prevent Hg/Git from adding changes to these files into patches when tools are run locally. The rules to exclude these folders already exist in the ignore files.
