Note that this is an experimental release - there are known bugs in this. Since the installer is new, do not install this on any critical system or anywhere you can't recover from.

Added Windows installer in InstallBuilder/FreePCBInstaller.msi

Installer:
Installs into FreePCB.1361
Creates MyDirectory/FreePCB/projects directory
Creates c:\FreePCB\lib directory and populates with the current common lib .fpl files
Sets default project and lib directories to the above
