WaPOR-based Water Accounting v.0.0.2

This is the first version of WAPORWA, which is compiled from several python scripts used for Jordan, Awash, Nile, and Niger study cases.

What's in this release?

• This version only includes scripts for collecting and pre-processing data, Pixel-based Soil-moisture balance ETincr/rainfall model, compute Sheet 1 fluxes with available outflow data. The scripts for plotting graphs and sheets are not yet included. (User can use WA_Hyperloop for plotting Sheet 1 pdf/svg/png from the resulted csv files)
• Test dataset: Litani case
• Global dataset: For at least the geographical extent that covers the 5 cases: Jordan, Awash, Nile, Niger, and Litani.
