texdown: Markdown + YAML [+ LaTeX] | pandoc (xnos) > PDF

Texdown brings together the clarity of Markdown, the simplicity of YAML configurations, and (optionally) the flexibility and control of LaTeX, with pandoc (and pandoc-xnos plugins), to produce PDF documents.

Primarily focused on academic publications, but could be used elsewhere.
