Floating Buttons Display Locations

Here's a few notes about the floating buttons:

    1. They only show up on the Single Post pages. They do NOT show up on archive pages, category pages, tag pages, or home pages (unless the home page uses a WordPress page).
    1. They can be turned on or off for each post type on the bottom of the "Display Locations" tab of the Social Warfare options page.
    1. If you're referring to the horizontal buttons, they only show up when at least one set of non-floating buttons are also present on the page. The javascript literally clones the non-floating one and then makes the clone float to the top or bottom of the screen.

If it appears that they are violating one of these three rules, please let me know a specific post or page where this is happening.
