ipq40xx: add support for Netgear RBX40

This adds support for the RBR40 and RBS40 (sold together as RBK40), two netgear routers identical to SRR60/SRS60 in all but antennae (and hardware id). See 2cb24b3 for details. Signed-off-by: Thomas Makin <[email protected]>
