Parsing Microsoft Outlook Calendar html markup and generating *.ical format content.

How to use:

1. Open calendar in the web browser.
2. Open console.
3. Past and run code to console.
4. As a result you will see calendar events converted to ical format.
5. Copy result to AnyFileName.ical.
