About The Pull Request
This PR adds a beacon which can be used in Office Fixers to summon all of the necessary tools for weaving. This PR also makes it so you can read weaving books and attach silk to armor in Office Fixers.
Why It's Good For The Game
It makes playing as a office fixer more fun since you are able to make any armor if you learn how to weave.
