Documenting the changes made in vitessio/vitess#16904, namely the addition of two new built-in throttler metrics:
mysqld-loadavg: load average, per core, on the MySQL server/container.mysqld-datadir-used-ratio: disk space usage on MySQL'sdatadirmount, range0.0(empty) to1.0(full)Only merge when vitessio/vitess#16904 is merged.
