Add header, footer, scroll button, chatbot button; clean up CSS

Resolved issue #723 by adding consistent header and footer elements to pages missing these components. Added "scroll to top" button and chatbot button for improved user interaction on specific pages.

Refactored repetitive CSS for better maintainability and performance. Modified files:

• Digital.html: Integrated header, footer, and scroll button.
• bhagavad_gita_details.html: Added chatbot button; ensured consistent layout.
• mahabharata_details.html: Integrated chatbot button; improved styling.
• srimad_bhagavatam_details.html: Updated structure to match new layout components.
• prasadam.css: Removed duplicate CSS to streamline styles.
