Loading Status and Cancel Loading

Add visual feedback for when a simulation is loading, and add the ability to cancel a simulation while it is loading.

Public Release

A fully featured plugin for ImageJ/Fiji to access VCell simulation exports. The following improvements have been made since v0.8.0-alpha:

• FIJI/ImageJ Plugin allowing direct access to VCell simulation results exported as N5 files is now available within the FIJI/ImageJ Plugin Manager.

• Multiple improvements in the export to ImageJ compatible N5 format that adds additional metadata, reduces file sizes, and decreases time to load into FIJI/ImageJ for analysis.

• Improved accuracy in making VCell results from a computational mesh compatible with image-based N5 format for analysis.

Inital Release

An initial Alpha release of the VCell spatial simulation results viewer plugin.
