Proposal
Just adds more project scripts and a library to pre-commit
How do test it?
Install the dependencies with
yarnTry generate a build running the script
buildand after build, run with the scriptstartTest the pre-commit library with
git commit -m "keep calm"and should run the lint and unit specs
