Moodle 35 working... with PostgreSQL

Hi,
Made some changes to get the module to work with PostgreSQL. Please review it carefully because I'm not very comfortable with the module logic.
Some teachers from our university really wanted to use the module, so we made the changes to get it working. They tested it and it seems to be ok.

thanks for submitting your changes. Actually we do NOT have test facilities in PostGreSQL and this would be costing too much to us to make those tests...
