Ich würde den jetzt mergen. Die Aufteilung und Einbringung in den anderen Modulen / Repos können wir ja machen, wenn dort Interesse besteht. @hbrunn hatte dort ja schon angefragt: OCA/hr#1279 |

Achtung: Dieser PR ist nur fur Testzwecke, im Ende sollte das auf verschiedene Module der hr{,-attendance,-holidays} aufgeteilt werden.
Deshalb habe ich auf ein Migrationsscript verzichtet, und um die existierenden Regeln zu überschreiben braucht es ein
-i attendance_verdigadofur existierende Installationen.
