Release ensures that any "mismatch" warnings are hidden if the "debug" option is disabled.
It also removes the need for vs-repeat-before-content and vs-repeat-after-content styles to be appended to the head. Now styles for these are inlined on the elements themselves meaning that only debug styles are appended to the head and only if the debug option is true.
