Setup Netlify
Used for redirects /* /index.html 200

Run:

netlify login
netlify init
./deploy_web # runs netlify deploy

Note: run yarn build:web (will build common and controller). Note: May need to deploy dependent server updates (e.g. api updates)

Setup node for Docker

NOTE: Dockerfile name is case-sensitive on mac and not Windows. Error response from daemon: Cannot locate specified Dockerfile: Dockerfile

Run build on common and server lerna run build --scope={@abb/common,@abb/server,@abb/common,@abb/controller}
