To overcome the fixed paths of symbols folder and suggestions folder, I've added these 2 new environment variables :
Note that,
symbolsFileSearchPathvariable invarnam.cdoesn't have a Windows system related folder in it. Adding this env var will help that too.--
This PR is an improvement of #151
