Attempted to fix the datetime issue, and it seems sort of fixed but ideally we should look into changing the backend to use DateOnly for the agreements. Switched the file-X to a trashcan for better understandability, switched the delete button on an agreement to inside editing mode on the request of Odd Morten, and added a "Are you sure" to it as well. I also created a "avbryt" button inside editing mode.
