Fixed a few reported bugs.

Version 1

Version 1 of the HybRIDS package for R allows the user to do every task we initially wanted it to do:

• Load sequence data and assign sequences to populations.
• Perform ABBA-BABA tests on sequences / populations, calculating Patterson's D and Fd statistics.
• Generate a set of sequence triplets you want to scan for recombination signal based on a range of critera and scan the recombination signal.
• Generate plots of recombination signal identified in sequence triplets.
• Identification of putative recombinant regions in sequence triplets.
• Testing significance of recombinant blocks in a triplet according to simple binomial formula.
• Estimated ages of recombinant blocks according to simple binomial formula.
