Inkscape 0.92.3 gtk/quartz/macOS Integration v2

Second release with code base updated to Inkscape main 0.92.3. This release also includes MacPorts 2.5.4.

Notes:

• Icon is back
• Added python uniconvertor
• This build (this release and all previously releases) works only when installed as /Applications/Inkscape.app . It will NOT work when installed in other directories, or installed in /Applications with another package name.
• This release includes all dictionaries supported by aspell for spell checking
• Tested and working in High Sierra with all supported locales
• Tested and working in Mojave with all supported locales
• Printing tested and working
• "Flood Fill" icon is back. It needed potrace
• When Inkscape runs for the first time, it will take significant time to start. This is due to the rebuilding of the fontconfig/freetype2 caches. It cannot be avoided. Both GIMP and Wireshark (when using the gtk-quartz as graphics backend) have the same issue. From the second start on, Inkscape will startup much faster.
