Initial implementation of a helper page for preparing the JSON file for a new publication. To run, launch a local webserver (e.g.,
npx http-server) in the top-level repo folder, then browse toutils/add-paper.Lots of potential TODOs, including more complete data extraction from DOI lookups, better data validation and feedback, etc. But we can add a lot of these things via future PRs.
