Update to FFmpeg 7.0 and .net 8.0 / Framework 4.8 including fixes from various forks of people who have been supporting the repo for some time now. I came back to update the code because I am running some camera experiments and there was no tool that I could find that shows the instantaneous bitrate of media. FFME does that :).
