add clickable links to news letter

Forgot to make links "clickable" in markdown file. Currently, the whole url is displayed but we could also hide them like
link, instead of https://hpc.uit.no/. What do you think?

There is a simpler way: <clickable-url> instead of [clickable-url](clickable-url).

I prefer it the way it is now. Not infrequently, people run into trouble with clickable links - and having the opportunity to copy the link is a plus - but in a way to save place/effort. So I prefer the latter suggestion from your question on top. Thus I merge this.
