The current circleCI code is old, it doesn't reuse the containers built to execute tests on, which means we are using containers in production that haven't been tested. We have fixed this situation in https://github.com/uisautomation/media-webapp/blob/master/.circleci/config.yml

Also, as noted in uisautomation/lecture-capture-preferences-webapp#1, there's a needless references to the pidashboard in the CircleCI config which will go away once we update this.
