Using Docker, we can run the simulation in a container with all the necessary dependencies.

docker run -it --workdir=$PWD --mount type=bind,source=$PWD,target=$PWD jmduarte/mapyde bash
cd simulation
mg5_aMC ttbar_semileptonic.dat

This creates a Delphes ROOT file:

ttbar_semileptonic/Events/run_01_decayed_1/tag_1_delphes_events.root
