- Split the windows workflow in 2 jobs (vs and gcc)
- Mingw : Change to egor-tensin/[email protected] and use gcc 12.2.0 to solve the issue (according to Can't run on windows-latest egor-tensin/setup-mingw#17)
- Mingw : Add environnement: MINGW_SYSROOT explicitly
- Mingw : Remove FindPackageHandleStandardArgs
- Patch rakefile (replace deprecated "exists" function by "exist")
