The Theme Manager aims to display a list of themes installable in TYPO3 CMS. A theme is nothing else than a TYPO3 extension containing a bunch of HTML, CSS, JS files. To have an extension recognized by the system as a theme, it should match certain criteria (@todo elaborate)
