WIP watch bundle-dir
Browse files Browse the repository at this point in the history
Maintain a queue of events by file name. Every ten seconds check for
changed files that haven't been touched for at least ten seconds and
import them.

Keep the initial import of all files on disk when starting the bundle
reconciler.
