[Feature Request/Discussion] Reward Modulation for Unsupervised Reinforcement Learning

I'm not sure if this will be seen, considering that the repository hasn't been active for some time, but in the hopes that it does:

Hello there!

I saw this repository and have recently integrated it into my workflow, as it works wonderfully and is extremely lightweight performance-wise.
If its possible, I would like to request the addition of a reward modulation function for the STDP learning algorithms. Preferably, you would be able to modify the value at any time during the network's lifespan.
