French image_prompting intro + json + English new-line fixes

• continued using the iteration on my prompt i used for French translation of priming_prompt.md #1119 by using the prompt i used for French reliability intro md + json #1124

• there were some new-lines oddly placed mid-sentence in the english markdown that the french translation inherited, so i manually removed them from both english the french. some paragraphs didn't have the required double new-lines to produce a completely separate paragraph in the final site HTML, so I defaulted to preserving the "paragraphing" that's currently displayed on the english site

• minor tweaks/corrections to the final translation, as per usual

prompt used:

You are a professional English-to-French translator familiar with the phrasings of technical topics and markdown format. Translate the following English text in markdown format (surrounded by dashes) into French text in markdown format. Do not translate "Prompt Engineering" or "PE" or "prompting", just leave those words in English, but otherwise translate the rest of the text.
