Getting started with TRENTOOL

To get started with TRENTOOL have a look at the example scripts that come with the Zip-file:

• example_script_CPUmethod.m
• example_script_ensemblemethod.m

Both scripts contain well-documented example analyses that work with the Lorenz data set provided in the exampledata folder. The exampledata folder also contains further toy examples of transfer entropy analysis on different kinds of simulated and MEG data. Have a look at this wiki page for further information on the example data sets.
