* bug fix for `extract_data` so it works even after you have joined other columns * edit `plot_trait_distribution_beeswarm` to work with a single table and for its message to accurately reflect which grouping variables are allowed

bug fix for
extract_dataso it works even after you have joined other columns. The problem was thatexcluded_datawas being filtered by the same columns astraits, but that only works before you join additional columns totraits.edit
plot_trait_distribution_beeswarmto work with a single table and for its message to accurately reflect which grouping variables are allowed. Also addedgenusto be added from thetaxatable, making it available as a grouping variables.
