Hydraulic System Failure Prediction

Modeling failures in the UCI "Condition monitoring of hydraulic systems" dataset.

Getting Started

These instructions will get you a copy of the project up and running on your local machine for development and testing purposes.

Prerequisites

Required modules are listed in requirements.txt. Use the Makefile to install requirements.

make requirements

Downloading the data

The data is downloaded and processed by the make_dataset.py script into data/raw and data/processed. Use make to run the script.

make data

EDA and Modelling Notebooks

Open EDA and modelling notebooks in the notebooks directory to view the data and predictions.

Documentation

The documentation is handled with Sphinx.

cd docs/
make html

Open _build/html/index.html to navigate the docs.
