Cheat code first offset rebase ability

Added ability to search for change to first offset of cheat code that will get the pointer chain to hit a target that match the target value. For use where the game version has changed and no updated cheat code is available. To use this ability rename the cheat code file name to match the new built ID of the game. Press + to add the no longer work code to book mark and if possible the option to re base will be offered. If successful the new re based code will be added to bookmark. ( currently hard coded to only work for code with a pointer chain depth of more than 2 otherwise may have too many false hits )
