1.0 - publish UF2s

This is just a publishing of ready-to-go UF2s for anyone with a picotouch.

To install:

• Hold down the BOOTSEL button of the Pico while powering on
• Drag the relevant UF2 file to the RPI-RP2 drive to install
• Wait a few seconds
• When the picotouch board comes back up on USB, it will be running the new firmware
