This is brilliant! It's clear that somewhere between the original release of this module and the current version of Kong, quite a few things changed.

I do have a question though, and it's along with one of the issues. This seems to always add routes. Is that because I'm not using the full playbook that you've written? I'd expect to be able to create a playbook containing a service & route for each endpoint I need and have them just show up as 'ok' on repeated runs.
