Update WiFi module blobs from Silicon Labs release (2.7.1-Matter) and update directory structure to fix DFU download. Blobs were pulled from commit: SiliconLabs/wiseconnect-wifi-bt-sdk@2be7a5b Signed-off-by: Nigel Norris <[email protected]>

Update WiFi module blobs from Silicon Labs release (2.7.1-Matter) and update directory structure to fix DFU download.
DFU for WiFi is broken due to DFU being set to download the firmware from inside the TMO Shell binary directory. This fixes it and cleans up the binary directory structure. This is a two-part commit with the other commit being in another repo.
