The goal of the beta is developer experience(dx).
As the packageanalyzer is meant to be customized it is important to get this right. The beta is done when there are no more obvious refactorings or code smells in the code that taint the dx.

Once the dx is right, focus will shift on adding value for users in a next milestone.
