As said in #95, I think it's out of scope for gitlab-monitor to display non-pipeline related stuff such as merge requests.
I'm still open for other opinions/arguments though.

if the scope is A browser-based monitor dashboard for GitLab CI, I think anything benefits using the gitlab CI would add value. For me I care about the the piple line status and open MRs most of the time.
