Tasks to Complete

1. Determine release date

• Sat Wed 20, 2019?

2. Confirm scope is accurate
3. Process pull request to pull the issue branch into v1.0.0-dev for tile mill
4. Process pull request to pull the issue branch into v1.0.0-dev for gh-pages
5. Update README.md for release

• Update dependency references
• Links to CHANGELOG and Roadmap

6. Determine final testing to be done

• Perhaps lots of ad-hoc testing is adequate, in addition to the standard mocha tests

7. Figure out release process (versioning, branches, etc)

• Pull v1.0.0-dev into Master
• Create v1.0.0 tag
• Publish v1.0.0 as a release
• Pull v1.0.0-dev into gh-pages

8. Verify that documentation is now the new documentation
9. Do a fresh install and run from the v1.0.0 release as a final test
