+reissues, and re-examinations relating thereto, in any jurisdiction

+by the relevant entity) alleging that use of the Work by that entity under 
+and in accordance with the terms of the TIG Open Data License constitutes 
+direct or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses granted 
+to Licensee under this License for that Work shall terminate as of the date 
+such litigation is filed. 
+
+5. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade 
+names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor, except 
+as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the origin of the 
+Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.

+may terminate this License at any time if Licensee fails to comply with any 
+of the terms of the License. Upon termination of this License, the license 
+granted hereunder will terminate and Licensee must stop all use of the Work 
+and Licensee must delete all copies of Work.
