Alpha Release [v0.2.1+12]

Another update for Thunder, here we come! This update brings a lot of new features, quality of life improvements, and bug fixes. Again, thank you to everyone so far for their contributions, and keep them coming!

Due to a change in certificates between this release and the last release, please re-install Thunder. For more details, see #391

As always, this is an alpha release, so do expect bugs to pop up here and there. Without further ado, here are the update notes:

• Tapping outside of the text field when creating a comment/reply will dismiss the keyboard
