In section 24.4.2. Nucleosome Signal, changing the default number of fragments to count in ac.tl.nucleosome_signal with the n argument is discussed. The recommendation is to use n=10e3 * atac.n_obs instead of the default n=10e4 * atac.n_obs to speed up processing. However, the default is actually 1e4, not 10e4, and since 1e4 == 10e3, there is no reduction in processing time.
