Description

Inferring parameters using SteadyStateInference compared to scvelo.tools.velocity(adata, mode="deterministic") gives different results, ATM.

  • The velocity (residual) is not saved in state_dict.
  • The calculated velocity differs from the original implementation.
  • The export_to_adata function is not implemented.
