Remove such classes and make reconfigure linter if you have to

class AnalysisMixinProtocol(Protocol[K, B]):
    """Protocol class."""
    adata: AnnData
    _policy: SubsetPolicy[K]
    solutions: dict[tuple[K, K], BaseDiscreteSolverOutput]
    problems: dict[tuple[K, K], B]
