We tested your application but could not run it on a Mac book?
Are you aware of any issues?

In addition, does Arctic Wallet offer any Tezos-specific features which could be of interest to users?

As far as we know, there are no problems with an application builds. Please, try to run one of this builds based on your architecture:
MacOS x64 (Intel based)
MacOS M1 (Apple Silicon)

Alternatively, you can try to install it directly from App Store (Arctic Wallet keyword), but there is only iPad version, which one can also be run on Mac Book.

Arctic Wallet supports storage/send/receive features as well as an exchange and buy/sell options for Tezos.
