This project contains a pipeline for analysis of The Cancer Genome Atlas Kidney - Renal Clear Cell Carcinoma (TCGA-KIRC) clinical data, from Genomic Data Commons Data Portal and cBioPortal.
- Preprocessing and Exploratory Analysis. Initial preprocessing cleans and arranges the data. Exploratory Data Analysis summarizes their main characteristics.
- Comparisons and Hypothesis test. Chi-squared test and T-student test analyses clinical variables to the 'Overall_Survival_Status'. The Hypothesis test evaluates the strength of evidence in supportting the null hypothesis.
- Logistic Regression Model. The logistic regression investigates the relations between clinical variables and the binary outcome, i.e, 'Overall_Survival_Status'.
