About Merg Form

There exists a form called the Merg Survey Form which is part of the form generator stack which has custom hardcoded behavior. The MERG form is the only tool which currently exists in the DDMS that allows a user to create a form with sub-forms. It is not completely generic but does go from Survey to Household and branches to Person and Bednet with links between those two. This form cannot be cloned, however it can be renamed to better fit a potential usecase.

It is possible that it might be desireable to rename the MERG Survey form and it's components to Level 0, Level 1, Level 2A and Level 2B.
